About the Studio

The beginning
I'm Kelsey and I'm the founder of High Key Studios. I decided to join Cosmetology school in 2011 when I was only 17. I grew up in small town outside of Tallahassee but had dreams of working in a bigger town.
I've been a hairstylist in Tallahassee for over 10 years. I fell in love with the Midtown area and decided I wanted to open a studio-salon that caters to the busy, hardworking people of Tallahassee by offering a cozy laid-back luxury experience.
The reason behind it all
I've worked in some amazing places in Tallahassee, but it seemed like most places were missing something, which I find to be the most important thing... putting the clients first.
I know how busy life can be. We're busy raising families and working hard at our job.
